Trauma Release Exercise Therapy is a combination of massage techniques and exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of tension, stress, and stored trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system and causing the body to return to a state of balance.
