Sometimes our spirit ✨️ is in distress and we need comfort, not lecturing or judgment. Anxiety and depression can creep up out of nowhere! We are here to provide that comfort and help get you back on track with your wellness journey. You can't always wait for an appointment, so be sure to tune in to weekly 'Affirmations' in our blog. There will be calming sounds, meditations, and even podcasts to listen to, all designed to bring you back to your center easily. Be sure to tune

At Alchemic Aura, we do our BEST to bring you the best therapeutic body experience. You will leave feeling loose, relaxed, invigorated, and utterly amazed at what your body is actually capable of when it gets what it needs! We provide exercises for you to practice at home to keep your body feeling great! Our trauma release  treatments don't end on the floor or table, because we treat the whole  person!
