Trauma Release Exercise Therapy is a combination of massage techniques and exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of tension, stress, and stored trauma. This is based on the research, that stress, tension, and trauma are both psychological and physical. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system and causing the body to return to a state of balance.
