So glad you found us here in our own little world! Approximately 5 years ago we began going through an intensive mindset transformation. Everyone of us has that one cataclysmic event; death, separation, or new life. Whatever it may be, that moment changes everything in hopes that you perceive the world, as well as and how you should respond, react, or act in it. Those transformative moments can be pivotal in shifting not only your thoughts but your physical abilities! We started off with going back to the basics, focusing on form, consistency, and discipline.





What is the Fit Goddess Tribe?


The Fit Goddess Tribe is a community of strong and empowered goddesses and gods who believe in themselves, their dreams and in taking action towards the life they desire.

The tribe was created to provide a safe space where members can share their struggles, successes, knowledge and experiences to build each other up, and help one another reach their goals.

Our mission is to inspire each other to be the best version of ourselves. Through our Fit Goddess Mindset, we strive to create a lifestyle that not only looks good on the outside, but more importantly, feels good on the inside. We do this through physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing practices, such as yoga, meditation, strength training, dance, and nutrition.

We believe that when we support one another with kindness, empathy, and compassion, we can create a strong and powerful community that can make a real difference in the lives of its members.

Who are the members of the tribe?

The members of the Fit Goddess Tribe are an incredibly diverse group of people from all walks of life and fitness levels. Our members are men, women, non-binary, and trans individuals of all ages, races, and sizes. Whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete, everyone is welcome in the Fit Goddess Tribe!

The Fit Goddess Tribe also provides support for those dealing with physical or mental health issues or conditions. We have a strong understanding of the importance of self-care and self-love, which is why we strive to make our community a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We believe that by focusing on holistic well-being, we can empower each other to be our best selves.

Our members come together to share their experiences, offer support and guidance, and motivate one another to reach their goals. We share tips and tricks, discuss nutrition and training regimens, and celebrate each other’s successes. Above all, the Fit Goddess Tribe is a place where you can find strength and camaraderie with other like-minded individuals.

2. You can attend our classes and workshops. These classes are designed to help you learn new techniques and gain motivation. You'll also have access to our online library of resources which includes instructional videos, articles, and more.

3. You can follow us on social media. We post inspirational content and stories to motivate and encourage our followers. We also have special events and contests on our social channels where you can participate.

4. You can tag us in your workouts and use the hashtag #fitgoddesstribe. By doing this, you'll be able to connect with other members of the tribe, as well as help us spread the word about the tribe....and

Finally, commit to living a healthier lifestyle. This doesn't mean that you have to become a gym rat overnight. Just make small changes that will help you lead a healthier life. Eat more vegetables, cut back on sugar, get more sleep, drink lots of water – all these little steps will add up over time!
